only 1 grand with mounting hardware + tools + bag +manual too (!!!)

I think all Z3 owners are pissed ;)

I have one of those little roof caddies for the hardtop on the porch too. they are actually really useful if you ever do take the top off because those hard tops are like impossible to just lean up against a wall without potential serious consequences from tipping or sliding... they are weighed all weird and there's no flat edges on them to stand them on.

mikeawesome 04-25-2014 04:26 PM

i think you should get the top painted instead of the vinyl

GhEttOrAiD 04-25-2014 04:27 PM

Nah Sup advised me that I needed to save, he's handling my money now.

Vinyl is going to cost a total of $98

Paint would cost hundreds

That will remain an option later on down the road, the vinyl can easily be removed.

mikeawesome 04-25-2014 04:38 PM

a few cans of spray paint

GhEttOrAiD 04-25-2014 04:42 PM

Spraypaint can and would cause irreversible damage, vinyl can't. I'm speaking from experience, even if you think you've done a flawless masking job there's always paint that leaks through. There are always drips. There are always flecks of shit that get into the paint.

Vinyl wrap it for now, have it professionally painted to match the body by qualified experts with the right environment and tools when I have the money to spare.

Looks good. For the love of god don't spray paint the top, have it done professionally.
