You're probably right. I'm curious as to how they hold the bullet in the plastic cases, though. With brass, it's pressed in, and then the casing is crimped tight around it, as I understand it, but I could see that not working so hot with plastic.

I'm sure instead of pressing the bullet in they heat-form it around the bullet. Once it cools, the bullet isn't going anywhere without a detonation behind it.
