MY1999, 130k miles, has not had the second of its 60k major (120k) services done but it did get a new water pump (the remaining work is like fluids and plugs and stuff, a weekend affair) Needs a new top which the current owner has a line on for 250 installed.

Also set aside $ for radiator and other random crap like blower resistors and trans mounts. You can probably do all that yourself though.

I would also get a PPI done at a dealer - $150 well spent, might be able to negotiate on price after they find something.
