Wat suppz do you take?

As of late, I have been using:

Morning:
Men's multivitamin paks

Breakfast:
Usually 30-40g protein intake

Pre-workout:
Arnold Pump Pre-workout powder, Dymatize BCAA Complex 2200(2 caps), and 15-20%daily carb intake

Post-workout:
Dymatize BCAA (2 caps), 50-65g protein shake comprised of MuscleMilk Pro50 powder and other ingredient(almond butter or all-natural peanut butter, steel cut oats, cocoa powder.





Interested in seeing what others have been using and their successes. I've not plateau'd with strength or endurance training yet, but might be looking to change up my nutritional intake soon.
