What does "HHR" stand for anyway? Homo Hot Rod?

Heritage High Roof...I think it was a throwback to the name GM used on what would become the Suburban as it vaguely had that body profile.

Heritage Hot Rod. It's a homage to the old school panel delivery vans - it's not actually trying to be a car, it's trying to be a mini retro panel van. As long as you think about them from that point of view - and get the SS version - they're kinda cool.

Overall, not for me. I hate FWD unless it's a 3 door hatch, and I love driving the shit out of 3 door hatches on back roads. Specifically '91-'96 Ford Escorts is my specialty. I had an LX and I could routinely dust my friend's SVX LSi AWD on any road that had even a hint of corners. Left foot trail braking at a 35 degree slip angle everywhere I went FTW! My daily commute is basically the ultimate tarmac rally - Black Woods road in Maine.

It's definitely "Heritage High Roof".

FWD only, stock is 260hp but GM Performance offered an upgrade to 290 - was 2 new TMAP sensors and an ECU tune

My old man's '74 Raleigh road bike could dust a SVX. Hell, you could put the gearset from said bike and put it in the Jewbaru as an improvement for that piece of shit tranny.

Car wasn't stock. It was a "Stage 2" motor and the tranny had a shift kit. I'm not quite sure what it all entailed, but I was in an 88hp car myself.

Do I really need to repeat myself here? SVX's weren't known for their prowess. At all. The trannies were made of broken glass, "shift kit" or not.

"Stage 2" meant what? A ebay muffler and cai? Again, it's not saying much that you beat a SVX.

A Raleigh is a bicycle. You know, of the pedal variety?

thought you were talking about some obscure british moto. that would stand to reason since we weren't talking about fucking bicycles and you claimed to have beaten cars. douche!

?
I like both their vintage and modern stuff
I'd take a Rush Hour over their older stuff if I commuted using bike. I have a vintage road bike that I'm fixing up as a hobby.

I had to wait quite a few hours for my GTI to get work done at the dealer, so they took me home in a Routan. The thing rode much worse than my 70k mile GTI..

Looks like a good van though, lots of nice little features.
