Sanity check my engine build... anything I'm missing?

Trying to get this all planned before I start talking with the assembler who will be doing the shortblock. Tell me if I'm missing anything any of you can think of to get this thing done.

The goal is to have a really stompy engine, that is still emissions legal for Colorado.

Texas Speed or A.I.R. 383 Assembled Short Block
Code:
Wiseco -3cc Forged Pistons (steel top/napier second ring)
Bore: 3.903”

Eagle 6.125” H-Beam with ARP 2000 Rod Bolts
Callies CompStar Crank
Stroke: 4”
ARP Main Stud kit
24x Reluctor wheel (using LS1 PCM)
Trick Flow 215cc Heads
Code:
64cc chambers
13.5” intake/exhaust angle.
Intake Valve: 2.04”
Exhaust Valve: 1.575”
Spring: 1.300” dual (good for .600 lift). - Comp gold.
Valve Locks: 7 degree
Intake Runner: 215cc
Exhaust runner: 80cc.
FelPro 1041 Head Gasket
Code:
Gasket Bore: 4.135
Compressed Volume: 9.4cc
Compressed Thickness: .041
Custom Cam by PG
Code:
Comp Cams Make
226/226 115LSA .600ish lift.
Yella Terra Rocker Arms
Code:
1.7:1 Ratio
American Racing Headers Longtubes
Code:
Catted-Y
1 7/8" Primaries
Ported Fast 92mm Intake
Ported 92mm Throttle Body
94mm Lid
Comp Cams Fuel Rail
Racetronix 42# Fuel Injectors
Walboro 255L/hr Fuel Pump
Custom Pushrods (based on final cam specs)
Cadillac Racing CTS-V Lifters
Stock Water Pump
Ported LS6 Oil Pump
Stock Coil Packs
NGK TR55 Sparkplugs (.38) or NG5 (.5)

Anything I'm missing that I need to think about or get?

Yeah - as long as you can show them where the cats are, and then pass the sniffer, and the OBDII test.

You program around the test by disabling the codes they check for ( it only checks for "code set" not "code enabled" ) - then you run the right cats and pass sniffer.

It'll hurt me power wise, since I can't run an agressive cam (I'd love to run a 239/244 113+3, would buy me another 40-50hp), but I'll make due with what I have. Might add spray later on

1 7/8 is a good size primary for a 383 iirc its what most use

Why doesn't your motor come with 1.7 rockers?

also what kind of compression are you expecting with your heads

It does, but the stock rockers suck balls. They're horrible.

Should be right around 11.5-11.7 SCR, and with the cam somewhere in the low 9's for DCR.
