Primary Elections

Do you have to vote in a primary to vote in the general election? Heard this on the radio and just turned voting age, so I have no idea.

That reminds me I need to mail in my ballot. Washington just changed their ballots so you either vote a Democratic, Republican, Libertarain, or non partisan ballot.
