Just picked up a new bike. Fun extreme

Just picked up a new Buell Ulysses with low miles (7k) and all the trimmings for under $4k. This bike is a complete beast and I love it.

If you haven't ridden a Buell XB12, try it. The torque can loft the front wheel with ease and it has roll-on torque at freeway speeds that will get your license revoked instantly.

My poor BMW is going to get neglected for sure.

I've already obtained an EMCSpy cable and application that lets me apply some different fuel maps, reset codes, etc. This is going to be a lot of fun!

Be careful with that thing. Buell's don't like potholes too much...

Don't pay attention to the Time/Date stamp. These were taken back in August

A buddy of mine was passing a motor home doing about 85kph, came around the corner and the front wheel caught a pot hole. He went flying about 200 yards into the ditch, fractured his leg in 65 spots, ended up in a hoffmans brace, titanium plates in his elbow. Should have died but didn't.

Protip: Next time, don't take your hand off the handlebars to give a "thank you wave" to somebody.

oh so its not like the bike unexpectedly or unjustly disintegrated upon entering the pothole right, it was just user error

In NY we refer to both as pot holes. Stupid I know, so I like to clarify.

Lurker... it was a pot hole. As in on the road, not man made. As for user error... yeah it was a little, but he's one of the best riders out here. Just one of those 1 in a million things.

Yeah dude, he's good now. The Hoffman's (Halo brace) came off on new years eve. Still using crutches to get around, but he's not couch ridden any more. Now he wants to get back into super moto
