FS/WTT: 2006 GTI

I've been wanting something different for my uses, and throwing this out there. It has been my daily driver for over 2 years, never left me stranded.

Exterior is fairly stock, it has the normal oem body kit, no Votex or any aftermarket body panels. I have autocrossed this car for a full seasons worth of competition over the last two summers. Car hasn't been beat on, done any burnouts, etc, driven hard yes, but always properly. It's ridiculously fun in the winter on good tires I have pictures if anyone needs them...

Asking $15,000 as-is, all spares, wheel/tire combos, etc. I Would consider trades for a WRX (+ Cash depending on year) or An STi.

- 2006 GTI 2 door
- 53,000 miles
- Tornado Red
- DSG Transmission
- Package 1 (Sunroof + Sat Radio)
- VW iPod adapter
- 3 sets of floor mats: Standard grey ones, Red stitched ones, and Monsters, all in good to excellent condition
- Standard options include: cruise, auto level bi-xenons, interlagos seats, 6 disc in dash mp3 changer, all the usual power stuff, etc.

- Replaced 2 front Subframe bolts with thicker shanked Audi bolts
- Smoked corner lights
- New South boost/vacuum gauge on column pod.
- APR Sport Turbo Back (3")
- APR Stage 2 Tune, Fully loaded ECU (Stock, Performance 91, Performance 93, Performance 100 maps onboard)
- BSH True seal intake
- BSH Stage II PCV and Catch Can
- BSH Bulletproof DV Relocate kit
- BSH Billet Pendulum motor mount
- BSH adjustable Race Swaybar (rear)
- BSH Billet Endlinks (rear)
- Lamin-x Fog covers

- 17" OE Classix, with Michelin X-Ice Xi2's mounted since last october, one winter season on them.
- 18x8 Konig Runaways (with appropriate hardware), Dunlop Direzza Z1 Star Specs, they have two summers of use on them, along with AutoX duty, Probably have another 3k-5k miles in them if you don't light them up at every light.

- oil changed around 7k instead of factory 10k interval.
- 40k DSG transmission service completed
- Alignment by Jeff the alignment guy

The Good:
- I'm the first "owner". This was a VW Corporate car in Michigan, then in the hands of burnsville VW for a few months as a runner/loaner etc. I purchased it at 12,030 miles in June 2007
- Always had 91 or higher
- Engine was stock until two months ago.
- Have never hit a fuel cut, all the way up to 110mph.
- Recently logged, everything is within good ranges.
- Mostly highway miles, took it on a huge 3k+ mile trip out west last year
- Uses little oil
- Trans has NEVER had an issue, shifts perfect.
- Accident free
- Rust free
- Car will be paid for any sale, you can drive away with the title
- Cloth is rip free
- All manuals
- All tools/jack/etc
- has the "open" fog grills
- have original sway bar, engine cover, corner lights.
- Hasn't been dyno'd but breaks loose top level AutoX tires at the top of 2nd.
- All history documented, and organized in a binder.
- All keys in working order

The Bad:
- hood has lots of small rock chips
- 18" Summer wheels need refinishing badly.
- Spark plugs could be changed due to mileage, haven't had any problems though.
- a few tiny dents in the metal trim on the driver's door (before it was mine)
- VW Steering wheel emblem has some scratches in it (before it was mine)
- Painted front VW emblem black, almost all came off (new one is ~$30)

- Right around 270HP, 320+ LB/FT on the APR Stage II setup.
- Should run a 13.9-14.1 as it sits depending on track and driver.
- VERY neutral handling car with the stock suspension and aftermarket sway bar.
Any questions, please ask!
