Keep in mind that in closed loop the authority for the ECU to tweak VE cells is user configured. I limit it to 10%(plus or minus) and a small step size(1 or 2 usually). When my oxy sensor failed before, it failed with a rich reading. Therefore an ECU with too much authority will lean the fuel too much based on a false reading. Step size basically allows the ECU to tweak VE cells a certain distance away from the current reading. By limiting the step you prevent it from altering too many neighboring VE cells but at the same time producing a smooth fuel curve as it transitions between them. At the end of the day if your tune is correct you dont want the computer to have to much influence on the tune.

After dyno tuning last night, it makes ~430HP at 18PSI. I am content, but will still be adding a few upgrades.

hope on that pull you were not WOT untill 4K rpm, and even with that in mind you might want to tighten up your A-FR.

That was actually not the final run, and it wasn't at WOT until about 4500. That run was to check the new plugs for detonation. This is the final, but keep in mind that the dyno AFR and my AEM UEGO were reading about a point apart (the AEM a point richer). If you split the difference, it's at about 11.5:1 under boost (from about 3800 on up).

Yes. The rear diff is an R230, the beefier cousin of the R200, which has been sitting behind small blocks and powerglides in converted S30s for decades. The stock 5 speed is used in at least one 8 second Z32.
