Went to go see a concert in Augusta last week and had some pretty damn good local cuisine.



Pork Belly BLT with Pimento cheese spread. Was OUT...OF.. CONTROL..



Then we we got home I did a little his/hers Sous Vide steak action. My Keto friendly Bone in Ribeye with mashed cauilflower and I cooked my Lady a Filet with mashed potatoes and garlic bread.

And have any of you actually tried the fathead pizza dough? I experimented with almond flour a little bit and always hated how gritty it seemed to be, no matter what I used it in. That dough recipe looks legit though.

i've tried microwaved keto dough, and some kind of baked/cheese sort of dough (maybe that was fathead i dont recall)

I remember it being "not too bad," but I also have not bought another bag of almond flour since...
