if a company has a copy/paste box for resumes....

If they have an online form, then a flat text field labeled "Please paste your resume below" and no CL field and no way to get in touch with a human being, should I C/P my CL + Resume as one into their resume box?

God I web forms

I had to do something like this before. I didn't get past the submitting my resume part with that job but I remember I could do some rudimentary formatting inside the box, Just broke up the sections with a space, I guess.

Nix the cover letter and just paste in the resume.

If it were important to them they would have added a field in the first place.

That's what I figured.
It's probably automatically put into a DB and I don't want a CL there.

Just make sure you add keywords at the bottom so your resume rises to the top of their search.
