High-Calorie easy to cook meals?

Ok, so I need to gain some weight to go along with me working out. I'm plenty tone right now and there's no way I'm going to get fat, but everything I see that is high-calorie is prepared meals, which are high in sodium and other stuff I figure I can avoid. So what kind of tasty meals do you hefty guys cook?

You should be eating a lot of rice and beans and drinking milk, it's both cheap tasty and efficient as long as you soak the beans beforehand.

protein powder is a good solution, especially if you are working out. for what you need, i'd recommend a high carbs protein (i.e.: Weider Mega Mass 2000 ). You can choose between flavors so it suits your taste.

Forget about the special diets and supplements and just eat a little more of what you normally eat. It takes a lot of time and a lot of patience, but you'll gain the weight. It took me 4 months to gain 12 lbs, but I didn't lose any speed, got stronger, and maintained my work output and conditioning. I tried the fast gaining gimmicks and they worked, but it worked too well. I got bigger, but also got slower and my stamina declined. My body just wasn't prepared for the gain so quickly.
