MSFT definitely stepped up their game with IE9. I would use it more but Firefox 4 came out in the nick of time. IE9 is definitely my #2 browser.

Im still a Chrome user, but IE9 took a lot of stuff from Chrome. Its actually nice. Smooth, and also noticed it uses less ram than Chrome.

They implemented the predictive address thingy, which is great, but if they added the instant predictive page loading that Chrome has now, I would probably switch just to be more on stop windows kind of thing... not sure what Im trying to say with that.

EDIT: Big maybe there I guess, I really really like Chrome.

Hrm... so just because of this thread I've been using IE9 and its not as fast as Chrome, by a noticable margin. Page switching to different forums and pages in genmay is instant as near makes no difference. IE9 has a noticable gap between clicking the link and it actually loading the content.

A little yes, but still, it just got released, and this is a HUGE improvement over past releases

It's not bad, Firefox 4 is a step in the wrong direction.

True true. I guess using Chrome for the past however long its been out basically, the extra like 1 second is more like 3 years to me.

I use it as my #2 after Firefox, and I must say, it's not too shabby. It's been a pretty smooth experience so far.

Chrome has a few unforgivable annoyances as well. The biggest for me is not having the choice to chose whether to open/save a download. For some reason, that torques me more than anything...
