This thread is retarded. Vote for whoever you're going to vote for, and don't listen to what anyone else has to say. End of discussion.

every one did get a tax break, and equality is a fairytale you idiot. Rich pay higher percentage of tax and so they get higher percentage of break, I dont think you understand that even after their break they are paying more than you make all year.

Bush wants to cut taxes further.
Kerry wants to raise taxes.

Your country. Your decision.

PS: George Bush has bankrupted every one of the businesses he has ever run. Aren't you happy he's handling the US budget? And doing such a fantastic job too.

One vote is always one vote, on whatever it is cast. The only difference in effect is between a vote and a non-vote.

Wealth is not tied to income.

Let's just say that I'm in the 'wealthiest one percent' according to the lovely Democratic party, that doesn't make me wealthy - I don't drip with money and I lose ~40% of my money to taxes every year.

The 'rich' people I think you mean are a very, very, very small subset of the population and they can afford to pay high taxes (Not that I'm saying they should, I believe in a flat tax).

i know equality is a fairytale, but that doesnt mean giving equal breaks is a bad idea...

i'm fine with giving them a tax break, i'm fine if its higher than that of everyone else... i just think people arent understanding that the tax break wasnt ONLY for the rich and it wasnt even PRIMARILY for the rich...

i know that most of them pay more tax in 6 months than i make in a whole year, but thats not the point... i think tax breaks should be for everyone, and if you get taxed at a higher rate, you'll obviously get a bigger break... thats all

He vote is not used. He picked somebody who is guaranteed to lose.

There are two men who can win the election, and only two men. Choosing to vote for somebody else is choosing to not affect the outcome, except by denying your prefrence of the two men your vote.

If you truely believe they suck equally (how can you realistically think that?), or are in a state that is guaranteed to go one way or the other, then voting third party is reasonable. If neither of these statements are true, you are helping the one you hate the most.

How is it helping the people you hate the most when you don't vote for either of them? Do you think voting for them pisses them off?? I don't get your logic here. If I don't like either of the candidates why should I vote for one of them?? reed

You're brilliant - you say it's Clinton who is to blame for the fantastic deficit that Bush amassed, yet in the next paragraph you say it's impossible to blame economic problems on one person.

edit: and lets not forget that im voting in one of the most important states to win this whole thing; florida

Do you support the war in Iraq? Remember, even the administration Bush acknoledges that the war in Iraq has little to do with the war on terrorism. In fact, the war in Iraq takes resources away from the war on terrorism.

Supporting Bush means you DON'T support the war on terrorism.
