Only game I really got good use out of my USB wired 360 controller was PC version of Last Remnant.

Tried the PC version of Gears of War with it and it was meh, then did keyboard/mouse and it was wonderfully better. Obviously platformers and other 3rd person games without precise aiming are good with a 360 pad. Except Trine, I found that much better with keyboard/mouse. Some might say comfort, but thats rather silly when you consider how much more presicion you get on a mouse if there is aiming involved at all.

360 pad is still useful for PC though, alot of games get shitty ports and the fucktard devs just leave in the 360 button icons. Consolitis in full effect. Which is why I played the shit outta last remnant on the PC... funny too because the 360 version was so flawed, yet here I was playing the PC one with the 360 pad...

I'd probably play anything that isn't a shooter or RTS with it. RPGs, sports games, platformers, driving games, etc.

Edit: This is golden

Street Fighter with a controller is even worse than FPS with a controller.

I had that one, but threw it out--the D-pad was terrible for emulators.
