Fuck, all the chasing of brake issues led down to one thing: I forgot to put the O-ring on the back of the master cylinder where it interfaces with the booster.

So, I had a massive vacuum leak.

It's fixed now.

Car's done.

After re-tuning partially, I might get 8MPG.

I checked the AFRs after fixing the massive vacuum leak, and stepped the jets a size down, but I think I might need a new power valve. I won't know for certain until I know how much vacuum the fucker makes (because the "rule" is to put a power valve that's half the vacuum reading in inches).
