I've been weight training since January. Started at 168 lbs and I'm now 190 (bulk weight). check ittt

6'1" and yeah I dont look like my weight. I got up to 194 but I had a belly so I'm thinking 185-190 is where this bulk will take me.

geez, not bad for a little under a year. Almost motivates me to try to bulk up, you dont see too many people going from thin to bigger.

Im 135 and an inch shorter, so itd be harder for me though a bit.

That's good progress. I seriously need to start bulking up. I'm 6' and 150. I used to be 135 before I started lifting. My diet is crap (not eating enough) and I haven't been consistent enough in working out.

how big of a difference in just day to day looks did you notice going up to 150? The highest ive ever been was 145, and just my face alone looked vastly different, not nearly as gaunt, I actually couldnt see my ribs. It was good.

Those 10 pounds just faded away though and im right back :/ Not sure where.

Us skinny bastards have to constantly eat (every 2-3 hours). I remember as a teenager I would sit in my basement playing video games... I hardly remember eating other than the 3 meals per day.

I have 5-6 meals a day, I'm constantly snacking on good stuff just to keep my metabolism going at a normal rate. I eat stuff like eggs, oats, peanut butter, almonds, fresh fruit, broccoli (makes me fart all day haha), bread, rice, chicken, fish, etc... I pretty much eat anything that doesn't have much saturated fat or sodium.


If you guys have been thinking about gaining weight, DO IT. You wont look back once you see results, it's inevitable to gain size if you eat and train consistently. The internet is loaded with information about Clean bulking and weight lifting.

With my shirt on, not a whole lot. Mostly the same as you, my face isn't gaunt anymore. My shoulders are slightly bigger. With my shirt off, my ribs don't show and there's a tiny bit of muscle on my chest.

I have trouble eating constantly. And there's no way I can do any sort of clean bulk. If I put on weight, it's going to have to be dirty as hell.
