Not sure what else to do.

That's enough, usually it takes ~100mi for the ecu to set up the VE tables and all that. Also enough time for any other errors to show up, preventing people from smogging right after they clear the ecu.

You didn't buy your sensors on e-Bay did you?

I have actually never heard of this on a BMW but it did used to happen to people with LT1s on the vette forums (alongside optispark and a million other things GenericMotors could never work out right)

Are you sure they were actually replaced, or were you told they were?

Maybe one came unplugged, or a wire is snagged somewhere causing your faults.

Go to a parts store and rent a Reader. If it scans OBD-II, watch your O2 levels and see if any of them have NO reading.

Then go post on E46fanatics!

are you sure they were actually replaced with OEM parts and not something made in the PRC?

Get a $60 OBDII USB reader http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/BMW1-...item45f9f1f8d7 My buddy has one, we check codes on the E39 M5, the E38, and E39 touring all the time. Clear the codes, get better diagnostics, etc.

well, it depends on the type of driving you do as well, maybe you should check with a BMW dealer or BMW shop to ask what conditions you should drive the car under to get the computer ready for a smog check

How the hell did you tear an intake line?

Does your mom know you've been rallying her car?
