- 18MPG in town
- 18" wheels = $200/tire for decent rubber
- 5 speed transmission that takes 11 quarts to flush at $9/quart on a 30k mile frequency (basically boils down to: Nissan automatic transmission quality).

one of my gfs has the g35x. nice ride

Firebird.
Like:
Suspension - now that we got it finally fixed (bad bushings replaced, etc) it rocks.
Engine - nice power, decent sound, and now that the exhaust is right it sounds neat too.
Looks - love the looks of the 4th gen F-body.

Dislike:
Interior quality is poo. It's straight 90's GM nasty.
Seats are uncomfortable - they haven't aged well and are losing support fast.
Engine - still has piston slap and kinda raspy. Bad luck of the draw on that one.

GTI
Like:
Power - the turbo rush is addicting, and a blast to play with.
Seats / interior - awesome Audi-esque quality, great for daily driving / trips. And the blue dash/red controls are great for night driving, plus the HID lights.
Gadgets - buttons! OMG buttons!

Dislike:
Tires - the icebears I have are shit. I've had to patch them 3-4 times already due to them losing air, they handle eh in the dry, meh in the wet, and crap in the snow.
Curbing - it's so easy to do
Black - it's parked outside, so it always looks dirty

Triumph:
Like:
OMG power.
Handling - omg handling.
brakes: omg STOP NOW PLZKOMGstopped5minago

Dislike:
Seating position. The corbin made it better, but I think I need to raise the bars an inch or so - I've got really long arms and a decently sized torso, and the seat still slopes forward a bit. The family jewels don't like the above third point too much.
Sound/vibration: Stock it's got a love it / hate it sound. It's too buzzy for me at times (when not getting on it), but I love the intake howl when you are. Gets bit buzzy on highway trips, which I'm not fond of. It's really a town/twisty bike.
Gas. I'd love another gallon, but that'd require a better seating position to make bearable too... catch-22.

2007 Mazda3 HB

Like:
-Great handling (for FWD)
-Zippy when I need it to be
-Pretty good fuel economy
^All made even better by having a stickshift

Don't like
-FWD handling when pushed
-Hard plastic upper door surfaces and easily scratched interior plastics
-Numb clutch with long travel

solareon, can I rip a newer one out of a wreck and put it in mine? doubtful but can't hurt to ask

The series 2 navi is where the radio sits at. no popup. I don't have the navi in my r3 cause it wasn't an option. Plus I just read maps like a boss.

I just pull up the map on my phone. Google the address and then just route myself. GPS has a bad habit to taking you through the biggest traffic shitholes on the planet.

maybe if you swap the whole dash. It's at different angle in the series 2 car.
