Umm, Looking at the first pic I'd say:
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts (or pork chops, I really would've preferred chops, but I didn't have any on-hand).
3 cloves of garlic
1 knob of ginger
4 green onions
Chop it all up (can use a food processor if you've got one)
Mix together.
Put as much in each store-bought wonton wrapper as you can.
Fry in 350* peanut oil until golden brown.
Serve with sauce of your choice, I posted a general recipe for the one I used above.

when people deep fry things they tend not to care about fat, also don't use extra virgin olive oil, it has a much lower somke temp then most oils used in frying and would most likely leave a burned taste in the food.

good tip, thanx. I'm slowly converting to extra virgin olive oil from canola/vegetable. Not that I should be frying anything b/c I cook sometimes and my parents have high cholesterol so I have to be a bit careful about everything I cook now.

Bad idea.
Very very bad idea.
Extra virgin olive oil has an extremely strong taste, and a relatively low smoke point (It will burn before it does much frying).
If you must use olive oil use a processed olive oil, it will dull the taste and raise the smoke point. It's fairly hard to find, but you can tell it apart from your regular EVOO by the clearer and lighter color as well as a softer smell and taste.

I am not good at deep-frying anything since I don't usually eat like that. Someone tried to teach me to do that deep fried ice cream thing but I don't like that much anyway.

Everything's better fried!
Ok, so I don't actually fry that often, but there's really not that much fat if you drain things properly.
