I did it barefoot on hardwood floor and never had a problem. You could try some baby powder.

I just did the fit test of this and put a good sweat on. I took a few breaks so I have a feeling the first couple weeks is going to be fun

The next one is even harder, I took even more breaks haha
I might have jumped the gun on starting this but I think I will do this for 90 days instead of 60

I just got a copy of this and am really looking forward to it thanks to the positive reviews here.

I was doing P90X but could not stick with it due to lack of equipment.

Ha that ended up being my plan as of right now as well. Yesterday my legs were so sore I couldn't move quickly, let alone do their workout. Today I woke up with a mild hangover, so... tomorrow I will continue.

That's a great idea I didn't even consider. The pushup jacks are impossible with my hands sliding around on the tile, along with the ones where u go down, lunge back, then jump up, repeat. Level 1 drills.

By the way I'm down to 206 today, and I'm eating grilled chicken and asperagus / broccoli / carrots for lunch and turkey breast burgers (all home made so no fillers), with veggies for dinner. I feel great.

I started on Monday as well. I thought I was decently fit before, but well... there's no false advertising in this product name heh. The Pure Cardio today was the hardest one for me to finish so far, I was feeling really gassed for the last three exercises. It might have been an energy thing though, I ate a good dinner last night I think (this with brown rice and broccoli) but because of how things worked out for me yesterday, I hadn't eaten any lunch.

What was everyone's numbers for their first fit test? I don't have my first numbers, but my 6th week numbers were:

1. Switch Kicks: 155
2. Power Jacks: 69
3. Power Knee: 126
4. Power Jump: 78
5. Globe Jumps: 13
6. Suicide Jumps: 22
7. Push-up Jacks: 46
8. Low Plank Oblique: 81

A lot lower than those haha. Sometimes I see the girls in the video doing jacks at a pace I can't even fathom doing. I don't know if it's because of my size (6'5") or what. 92/37/60/33/8/10/11/30 were my first week ones.

Cardio has always been the worst aspect of my fitness even when I played competitive hockey, and I'm hoping to see these numbers increase a decent amount even by this upcoming Monday's fit test.

Although I keep sabotaging myself by eating things like peanut butter m&m's and timbits. I'm a monster, I know! At least the soda is 100% cut out of my diet.

Keep it up! Despite your diet, if you've done every single workout and haven't missed a single one and you feel like you've pushed yourself each time, you should be pleasantly surprised with your next fit test results.
