At this time I'm saying that I think the Wii is pretty forgiving on what type of media you are using... I'm hearing conflicting reports on media and burning types, but I have now tested 35+ Wii games and lots of Gamecube games. All Wii games were burned between 8x and 16x using Verbatim 16x DVD-R media and Gamecube were burned at 4x on Fuji Film. All were burned using IMGBurn (Wii) or Nero (Gamecube) using my LiteOn Dual Layer burner. I have yet to come across another DRE (since my first and only one). Wiings Island (NTSC-J) is actually pretty cool...

Some of those are originals mixed in... I try to put all of my games in cases, so for backups I use cdcovers.cc and several other sites to download the covers from (my scanner sucks). Then I just print them using my inkjet printer at 720dpi on inkjet paper.

yeah, that's one of the other sites that I use... Couldn't think of the name of it. There is also one more that I use on a regular basis as well, will have to post the link to it later.

Possibly, if you know where to go... but these are backed up from originals.

awesome! now where's a good place to buy white dvd cases?

and also, do you just use regular printing paper, cut it and fold it up or do you use special paper?

I use http://www.shop4tech.com/item1189.html for ordering cases of blanks. About $20.00 for 50 of them isn't a bad price at all. I print mine all at 720dpi on inkjet paper using photoshop.
