Workout Ideas for Friday

I need suggestions on what body part(s) to do on Fridays as I currently don't have anything going on.

Below is my current workout schedule:
Monday - Shoulders
Tuesday - Chest
Wednesday - Legs
Thursday - Back and Bis

I also do cardio on Tuesday and Thursday mornings.

My workout partner does the following routine:
Monday - Heavy back
Tuesday - Chest
Wednesday - Legs
Thursday - Back and Bis
Friday - Shoulders

I only workout with him on Tuesday and Thursday mornings. I don't want to do his routine because of a recent back injury.

So...what can I do on Fridays? TIA

I could do that.

Would it be a bad idea to do cardio on Wednesday too? I have such a hard time getting to the gym in the first place that I don't want to take a day off.

Well, I took today off, more out of laziness/being tired than anything else.

I'll be moving my leg routine to Fridays and doing an additional day of cardio on Wednesdays.
