ill try to get one tomorrow or so, i messed up this weekend still went to the gym and did my normal routine but the wife and I went out.

went to five guys burgers (awsome food) i had a double bacon burger with bbq sauce and we shared some fries and 2 ying lines (one tap and one bottle), i swear i can gain weight so fast if im not carefull all the time. was 1.5lbs heavier the next day

now thats the first drinks ive had in along time same with that kind of food. but i went to gnc and bout a box of the metrx bars im eating for breakfast (preworkout) so time it hit it hard this week.

sunday (today) would have been my day off but not after eating that stuff

You didn't actually gain a pound and a half, you're just retaining water. Very common from salty food and alcohol.

i guess thats why i seem to have been thristy all weekend, all i drink is water anyway but seemed i couldn't get enough. im glad i dont drink much thats the closet to being "tipsy" ive been in a few years.

meh sorta i can pull up some loose skin on my stomach, its not much and feels weird, but id take a few pounds of extra skin over few pounds of fat

so im bout at a loss of 75lbs in alil under one year. at april according to my doctors records i was 398

i hope this can inspire others thats if a almost 400lb man who couldn't jog 1/2 mile can do it (WITHOUT pills/surgery), then anyone can. just takes motivation, dedication, hard work and time

as of now ive added weights to my routine..

one day cardio (3 mins walk 4 mins fast run) or just jog for 1 mile then walk/run = 35 to 40 mins a day

one day weights
3 sets bench press x 145lbs
3 sets incline bench x 100lbs
2 sets curls x 40lbs
2 sets triceps push down x 40lbs
2 sets squats x 145lbs
2 sets incline leg press x 350lbs
2 sets calf extensions x 350lbs

imma go work out with a buddy i have that does his outdoors in what looks to be a odd workout but fun either way (uses big tires, kettle balls, sledgehammers ) ill see how i like it

as of now im sure ill hit 300lb before my birthday (june 16th). if i can get to 250 ill love life lol

Keep it up! newest picture looks good. I always find that weight loss shows the most in the face for a lot of people, you are no exception. You look a lot different from the last pic.

got a question guys. since ive started to lift weights and my diet has been the same i find myself slowly gaining a few pounds here and there, (2 or 3) then loosing them back, its like im going up a hill and getting knocked down so im not getting anywhere.

i still feel that im loosing fat but is it possible to gain muscle as fast of you loose fat. i feel leaner/smaller and quicker.

either way imma stop eating the metrx protein bars and try the whey protein, cause i sure its cheaper in the long run. i got "cytogainer" from target for $20.

should i try it or take it back as im not trying to "gain" but if im loosing fat n adding muscle then im good with that

Very rarely will you gain muscle quickly. Usually if you're doing really well, you can get about a half a pound a week. It's can be really dangerous to fall into this "My weight isn't changing so I must be gaining muscle and losing fat equally" trap. If you're getting stronger, you're gaining muscle, if not..you're just spinning your wheels.

You tend to retain water when you first start lifting. Give it a week or two and it should go back to normal.

ive been doing it for about a month or so. not hard core but after my cardio (running) |bench press, curls, squats, pull ups/dips etc|

i can tell a difference in my upper body (shoulders n arms) and my calfs (thighs have always been pretty built)

as my main goal isn't to add mass (muscle) more so to loose the fat. just cause i gain a few pounds im not too concerned just cause i feel better then i ever have in my life.

just i dont want the lifting to get in the way of my goal of being below 300 by june

odd to say it, but carrying around multiple hundreds of pounds on a daily basis has to make your thighs and legs pretty strong. Unintended benefit of being overweight in a way
