No...he's drinking 2000 calories in alcohol alone. That's not including what he consumes food-wise. And he's doing it in one sitting.

yea...it's really unhealthy if i really think about it. i mean i'm a big guy, the amt of alcohol i need to get me "drunk" is a lot. when i say 2000 calories i don't mean in just alcohol, that includes chasers/mixers/etc etc

but yea, at least i KNOW the problem, feel good about that. staying in and cooking your own food is really key to losing weight, but bleh

get in a cooking group or play a game where you rate each other dinners.

either complain AND work or shut up AND don't work

but don't complain and not work

also, women love a man who can cook a nice meal. or a man who can host a sophisticated dinner party while cooking everything without stressing out.

If you want to loose weight you can exercise all you want, till the day you die, but if you diet is not in control, your pissing in the wind my friend.

Atkins may work, ive never tried it, and had a friend that lost mad crazy weight on it but when i stopped the program he gained it all back and more, why because he wasn't teaching himself how to eat properly.

After I had my son, I weighed 165lbs. Im 5'7" and normally 130. So basically I replaced everyhting white in my diet with green. Avocados are great! Lots of spinach, lettuce, etc. Lots of fruits also. I switched my cereal in the mornings for Vector or another whole grain cereal (def not lucky charms or fruit loops) and if you have to have bread, use whole wheat.
Salt intake should be watched. Eat nothing that comes in a can. If it can never expire, thats not a good sign! I hope some of this helps!

No, the key to losing weight is self-control. My friends work bottle service, and the hottest girl in bottle service tells guys, "I'll only hang around if you buy a bottle of champagne. Or, I'll bring girls over, but you have to buy alcohol."

You said you DJ and people give you drinks. Well, I club and go to bars, and sometimes my friends give me drinks. If I had enough, I tell them, "I'm not drinking anymore, and you can't make me."

Guess what, they are still my friends after. You must not respect yourself enough to let people walk all over you and force drinks down your throat. Man the fuck up and tell people no in an assertive way. People respect that more.
