if you want a well-known brand, for gaming laptops, ASUS is the best I think.

less-well known brand Sager/Clevo is better bang for your buck.

All laptops except Apple ones are basically the same in terms of build quality and what OEM hardware they are using so just pick based on price/specs without regard to brand and make sure you have at least 90 days to return it in case you get a lemon.
