Thoughts on Acura Legend? Alternatives?

How reliable are these cars? ARe they fine for 200k miles? What are some alternatives for around the same price? 5k'sh. I need a daily driver that will last me for some time and is somewhat luxurous.

i believe any honda is good for 200k miles if maintained right... a friend of mine has a lengend in absolute perfect condition and the car has not lost it's beauty in the 10 year's they've owned it... acuras are really nice but since i'm a nissan whore, im gonna have to say check out the maximas in your price range... you could probably pick up a decent 4th gen for that much and they're pretty zippy...

Legends are pretty reliable, I see alot of them with more than 200K.
why_ask_why used to own one, and stapler had one with nitrous.

Any car for 200k miles sounds like more trouble than it's worth, especially since you don't know how well it's been maintained. Contrary to popular belief, some Hondas do break at times. The drivetrain is usually rock solid, though.
