I do. They're 17x8 (43mm offset), and 17x10 (40mm offset). They came with the car, but I've seen good sets at www.vrwheels.com (used to be rbwheels). They're a pretty penny, though.

Z32 aftermarket is this:
1) I can have 304SS manifolds that will crack in a year, and require an engine R&R to replace
2) inconel manifolds that require external wastegates, significant massaging with a BFH, and $6000
3) higher flow cast units (either from the guy who did the original R&D at $700, or from the guys that sent the original guy's work to China, at $450).

I'm going to do #3, the right way (from the guy that did the original work).

Oh wow. And here I figured the things had a better aftermarket than that...

The Z32 has a decent aftermarket, guess this just says that there was nothing too wrong with the manifold.

Things have been suffering because of the Chinese invasion, there are only 2-3 companies that really build anything for the Z32 anymore (the rest just dupe the originals).

dumb question, but don't the connecting rods have to go in facing a certain direction. something about if you put them in backwards that the angle of them will push the piston more into the cylinder wall and cause scoring of the cylinder wall? and similarly with the pistons, that they have to go in a certain direction otherwise the wrist pin will be on the wrong side?

Remind me never to attempt to rebuild an engine because I did not know this and would have ended up fucking shit up, especially about the rods!

Well that and there's got to be less z32s on the road, not to mention that many were already built and whatnot. Those same people are making g35 headers now.

Nah, there's no money in pipes anymore. The instant they're offshored for production, the Chinese copies hit eBay. CXracing is an excellent example of the Chinese doing that very thing.

Just blew $600 on a gallon each of DuPont Cromax Pro base and clear, a gallon of filler, 2 quarts of high-build primer, some rolls of 220 and 400 adhesive sand paper, and a quart of aircraft stripper.

It's time.

Also: fuck, red is expensive compared to yellow.

There's a big end and a little end. You'd have to be pretty ham brained to fuck it up

Have they fixed red car paint yet so it doesn't lighten and shed the clearcoat?
