Off the shelf HTPC

I'm putting in an htpc into my parent's living room for hd video playback. It doesn't need to tune, or dvr. However, it should have a powerful cpu, at least two hard drive bays, as slim and not ugly as possible (although this is secondary), and very importantly, relatively quiet. I'd perfer not to build this, and was wondering if anyone knew if there were any off the shelf solutions from either the big names, or otherwise, that would fit the aformentioned criteria.

I've looked at Velocity Micro and s1digital. The Velocity Micro seems to be a pretty good solution at ~2k.
