it's amazing how many people use the word "toxins" without really understanding what it is and what they are in our bodies. It seems like "fit" or "tone", the people who say it really don't know what it means but love to say how they want to get it.

YOU NEED THE FOLLOWING:

1. antioxidants - deep colored fruits such as grapes, blueberries, strawberries, or you can buy antioxidant powders and supplements. also drink green tea if possible, but focus a lot on those deep purple/red/blue colored fruits and eat apples and pears if possible as well

2. lots of water

3. find some way to sweat very fast without doing a lot of work, such as standing outside on a hot day and taking a walk. doesnt matter what you do as long as you can sweat out liquids

4. drink lots of water afterwards and continue antioxidant consumption

5. repeat for at least a week, or better yet, do this every week at least twice for the rest of your life

6. dont forget to include a proper amount of dietary fiber into your diet meanwhile

this is a rough example of how to maintain your body well with antioxidants and "flushing" out those toxins using simple methods
