Still stretching and some resistance based activity will produce a healthier looking physique than sedentary lifestyle. Doesn't matter what metabolism you have - slow ones will get fat in the middle and also look pear shaped... with a gigantic ass and bitch tits.

Tuck in the shirt and get a better fitting sweater that is not one solid color. Also consider a sweater with a longer V neck so it shows more of the shirt underneath, it will make you appear taller. The jeans look a lot better, shoes look good too but something a bit more hip and less dressy would look much nicer.

Typical

Rustlers jeans seem to fit me snugger than Wranglers and Levis, give them a try.

Some others suggested looks.

Lucky jeans are expensive, but it's not about the brand. It's about AMERICA.

Drinking a gallon of milk a day helps stubborn metabolisms.

You shouldnt but you should also understand that you need to consider these brands because they are the only way you will find a good pair of stylish well fitting jeans. Different brands design for different body style, so if you dont want to look like a tool, you might have to man up and get them. But remember, you dont need to buy them directly from the company, department stores carry them for a fraction of the original price.

You definitely need a haircut that doesn't make your head look like a lightbulb....

The jeans from the first pic are just too damned long, man.

I hit up the outlet stores with my g/f after thanksgiving, and spent a shit ton of money, but came out with a lot of much better clothes. I'm the same as you as far as brand recognition, or what have you, but the Levi's I picked up are amazing in their softness, compared to whatever it is that I was wearing before. She also got me to pick up some Lacoste shirts, CK, etc etc. You can also hit up your local TJ Maxx/Marshalls, what have you, and see what they've got for decent stuff. I can find one or two decent shirts when I go in there every once in awhile. (My wardrobe building has been an ongoing adventure.)

Other things I've learned: Once you've got your nice clothes, launder them properly. You'd be surprised how much shit is better off hanging to dry vs going in the dryer. (Jeans were a big shock to me...)
