Youve got a shitload of reasons not to bring a lunch to work, so just keep eating burgers and fries, since a sandwich and some chips isnt any better, and meat makes sammich soggy, and you cant bring yourself to use an insulated lunch bag, and poor baby.

yeah idk what his deal is

but like, the lunch cooler is still the best option, you can use reusable cold packs to keep the shit real cold

yeah man, all these great ideas... so far onewhoknows is the only person who actually contributed, want to show me the rest of the posts where everybody recommended ingredients and meals instead of trying to find a workaround to not having a fridge?

I can't seem to find them.

I honestly don't get why a workaround for no fridge isn't easily the best option. You can bring food that has more sustainability, and keep you happy. Is carrying a small bag for 5 minutes a day really going to shit on your whole day?

maybe he's worried about being seen w/ an insulated bag on the subway? is it a fashion faux pas or something?

fashion faux pas was your mother on new years eve, I just don't want to lug anything besides myself on the subway if I can help it.

found this link with some pretty good tips:
http://rowdykittens.com/2011/05/cookingyummyfood/

and BONUS, it's a sick site to boot!

this is particularly nifty:

Those recipes include a bunch of stuff that will spoil pretty quickly if not purchased and cooked right away. If you were looking for that stuff you should have said so. Buy a steak on the way to work each morning and cook it in the microwave. Enjoy.
