It was "Turbo Buick day" at cars and coffee this morning. Five Grand Nationals and one GNX showed.

Fortunately, my daughter and I were there to add a splash of color to the proceedings.

It runs. You guys wanted pics. Can't keep it running right, my friend suspected the fuel pump, so he keifed the one off his daily driver 2500, which lasted for one trip. So it's got teething issues, whatever. It's still quicker than was expected. Gets sideways in 5th, needs way more gear.

Of all people, I thought you'd like the color, since it was one. He likes the color, I told him all he needs is some 14" wire wheels and Jose would be proud. Too bad the wing on that new edge is blocking the view of his side exhaust, it's got it's own channel cut into the floorpan it's so massive.

Actually, he just loves the Cummins engine, and his whole family loves mustangs. He had NINE at his house at one point when his brother lived with him. Now he's down to the '67 with the blown 331, and this cumstang - which didn't even have glass or an interior yet as of a few days ago.

"Edge"??

An abomination, but nevertheless.

Call HotRod mag, it deserves a spread in there. And don't forget Rule 3.

Yeah, new edge, as in, 99-04 mustangs. Where did I violate rule 3 and post personal info? These pics are straight off the public page for the local mustang cruise that happened yesterday.
