the 450 is an estimate from a dyno-program, estimates with the 4.5L heads i mentioned are around 505 HP
there are people running the original engine at well over 350k miles, of course that's with the original head, a higher RPM motor? still should be pretty damned reliable, seven main bearings, nice strong block, good rotating assembly, like i said, they're indestructible

weighs about 560-ish lbs with cast iron head, and cast iron manifolds, no clue about the motor posted, probably a good amount less due to aluminum, and eventually running headers
V8 suspension would be needed if you were swapping a 300 in a classic Mustang (which has been done as well)
