Oh also.. I just asked my friend to try the registration site and it fuckin' worked for him.. wtf? Same ISP as me too..

problem solved. Just use a proxy. I just did, and I was able to sign up fine. If you need a proxy just type "Free proxies" into google and you'll get a bunch of them.

go into internet options, then Connections, then LAN Settings, then down at the bottom is the proxy setting. Click the check top box input the adress, and port, then click the bottom check box. You're good to go. Once your done with the sign up, just go back and uncheck the top box.

i got in game but it's sooo unstable, and only the options and stuff are in english, all the signs and messages are still in korean and i didn't even find 1 english speaking server on the unofficial english server, 7
