warning, DDO will install "Pandora Media Booster" (PMB.exe). It'll max out your outgoing network connection and slow down your system pretty bad. The only way i could stop it was to uninstall it (not the full game).

I never got around to actually playing DDO before i uninstalled it last night (along with WAR)

its a nice looking game but i didn't like all the instances, i prefer a persistent as possible world. may reinstall it just to see the dx11 goodies when they come out though.

I love my mother. No, I REALLY love her. In the butt.

when you get to the market, be prepared to slow down until you actually buy new content or get lucky earning the points needed to buy stuff.

ddo online is a lot of fun. make sure to dl the ultra high res client. and during character creation don't forget to customize your character's skills to your liking. you can get to level 4 before you'll need a lvling sigil, which can be bought or sometimes is a quest reward. Quest dungons have difficulty levels and can be played on each difficulty. I would be playing it now but my hd crashed so I'll have to re download it at some point. It's free and it held my interest.

there are quite a few dungeons for free, but to see the new zones/towns, you gotta fork over some cash/get lucky.

I got a leveling sigil as a quest reward, ymmv
