houses near buckeye lake are 50-100k but they are kinda old, you can get something decent in a middle of the road neighborhood for 80k,

conventional loans are 10-20% depending on your credit rating, we're trying to repair ours as much as possible to gt the lowest possible interest.

$39 right there. $51 if you want the BMW brand one (which is probably identical to the Contitech one). You can get free shipping if you spend $75 - you probably need another $36 worth of something for this car anyway.

ordered from these dudes

price w/ priority mail shipping was the lowest out of anybody

for now there is no established budget

I take on financial commitments in fairly small chunks but they really add up and end up packing quite a punch when you look at the bigger picture.

payment plan on last years taxes
cellphone
cuntcast
rent to rents

paycheck seems pretty substantial and bottomless on payday before I make the required payouts so I'll buy some useless like I just did last night (more vape shit)

then come every day expenses, gasoline, groceries, random unexpected stuff and before you know it I'm hitting the coinstar like a hobo

its a simple problem with a simple solution but I am so it will go unresolved for now
