Nikon AF-S DX NIKKOR 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6G VR
Nikon 50mm f/1.8 D

UV filters on both lenses, the 50mm has a Hoya S-HMC filter that is pretty nice but it came with all kinds of imperfections in the glass that wont come off, compared to my plain jane quantaray filter that has no coating but looks like flawless glass.

You don't need filters on either of them...

My lens caps fall off when putting my camera in my bag and taking it out, I feel much better knowing I wont have a huge scuff on my lens because of it.

I'll bite.

we'll start with the bodies:

Nikon N90 w/ 35-70 2.8 on the left, Koni Rapid Omega w/ 90mm 3.5, Nikon D50 w/ 80-200 2.8, and my panasonic video camera's in there, for my surveillance stuff.

then for flashes, an SB-600, SB-25, and a Metz 45 CL4 for the Rapid.

a spare 120 back for the Rapid, and a toshiba light meter.

backpack on the right is for my digital and video, Lowepro in the middle is for the Rapid and olympus bag on the left is for the N90.

My olympus om-1 md gear is at my dad's house, havent used it in a few years. needs a battery.

pretty sure thats one of the first things I did..

the front element/shutter pops wide open fine at all speeds no problem, iris behind stays at what its stuck at, seems like shit wants to move when I adjust, but it only budges slightly

I guess ill google up a service manual (if one exists) and have fun trying to fix it

Ah, with mine the aperture stays fairly closed until you cock the shutter, then it opens up to whatever it's set to.

Just thought I'd gloat a little and say I just kreigslisten'd an awesome Miller 100mm bowl setup (along with the old studio cam it supported): sticks, fluid head, accessories and a badass dolly. All for $50. My Manfrotto video setup may be FS

With the oldschool monster:

With my GL1
