So it's a little bit lighter and the same price as brass enclosed base, lead/heavy metal free primer ammo. Not much benefit for a civilian.

isnt 23 bucks for 50 rounds quite a bit cheaper than brass?

I've lit gunpowder on a tray with a BIC lighter by hand. It's pretty stable.

Shrink wrap takes a hair dryer to cinch up. Somewhere between those two extremes may be a workable region?

Adhesive or friction fit is clearly safer though.
