Fuck, all the chasing of brake issues led down to one thing: I forgot to put the O-ring on the back of the master cylinder where it interfaces with the booster.

So, I had a massive vacuum leak.

It's fixed now.

Car's done.

After re-tuning partially, I might get 8MPG.

I checked the AFRs after fixing the massive vacuum leak, and stepped the jets a size down, but I think I might need a new power valve. I won't know for certain until I know how much vacuum the fucker makes (because the "rule" is to put a power valve that's half the vacuum reading in inches).

Confirmed: after retuning without the massive vacuum leak, I get 7.93 MPG. Up from 6.8MPG.

And now I'm back down to 7.2MPG.

However, I also had to pull the radiator, as it was leaking very slightly at the top end tank.

I'm not sure why I'm having it repaired instead of putting an aluminum one in, but I guess that's the way the cookie is stomped on and utterly obliterated.
