Impeach and try Bush/Cheney! 911 was an inside job!

What is wrong, why nothing on the screen?

My brother's computer was having PSU problems. I replaced it with a solid PSU that I had. When I boot it, it boots fine, there are no POST codes indicating any issues.

The problem I'm having is that the monitor is not registering a signal. It was fine the last time he used it. I reset the BIOS and that didn't solve it.

MB: Lanparty DFI NF4
CPU AMD X2 4200
GPU 8800 512 GTS
OS Win7

What am I missing?

Check connections, make sure the monitor is on, then check it on a known good machine.

Youll get POST beeps if the video card does not have enough power.
I think its continuous beeps forever until you shut it off.

1) Try another monitor on same computer?
2) Try monitor that wont work on another computer?
3) If mobo has onboard graphics hook it up and try monitor that way?
4) Be sure power leds are on all around?
5) Check all connections like Tex said?

I checked the connections and I mad sure that I put the 4 pin in. The PSU is 620 watts, the old one was 550.

Headed over there in a few hours to check it out.
