yeah definitely is true and it's definitely understandable but it's all wrapped up into the larger problem of the way that society generally sexualizes a narrow portion of the gay community to the exclusion of the acceptance of all the rest.

at the same time doesn't society also generally sexualize a narrow portion of the straight community in regards to what's considered attractive? or am I misunderstanding your point? i may be

No, you're right. Straight males accept the hot females rug munching because we can see ourselves turning them...or that they're just really straight but experimenting. (which is true in many cases since many women don't have the same hangups about it as men)

Well what I meant was that most people don't fat fatties or bald chicks attractive. Things like that...the portrayal of beauty in entertainment is generally a pretty narrow definition.

I don't know if that translates well to this discussion but....

I see you're turning soft. I see a seed of feminism planted in your mangina already

But yeah, what you say is true. I guess it applies to males too to some extent.

yes, I agree beauty is exclusionary,

however I think ugly gays have far fewer paths to acceptance than ugly straight folks do, unless they want to act straight.

The popular media dichotomy of hot / ugly (read: good / bad) lesbians definitely doesn't help.

True. Still, I'm gonna beat it to lipstick lezzies, social injustice be damned.

Wouldnt be very comfortable.

are you a girl?

do you have breasts/pulse?

have you ever been camping or ever spent a night in the company of men (at a party, trekking or camping)?

Yeah, they would have wanted to have sex with you, its the M.O of men everywhere.

Your point is stupid, women that aren't bushfuck ugly have to deal with this shit on a constant basis, in everything they do.

(because the rape you talked about would go up 10 fold)

because there are 2 gays for every hundred straight guy (who "could" then want to have sex with someone in his platoon making it AWKWARD!!!)

lets say there are 10% women, or 30, i have no idea.

The difference is that here, the majority wants to have sex with the women, they pressure would be (and feel) a LOT different.

Just playing devils advocate here, 99% of them probably are very professional, but just like theres that 1% of straight men who are scum and commit rape within the military, im sure there the same percentage within the the gay community as well.

If i can trust the number wikianswers gave me:

1,422,967 people are in the military

2% of them are gay
1% of the gay ones are "scum and commit rape within the military"

this number is a fuckload less then then

1% of the 1,422,967 that are "scum and commit rape within the military"

Even if you are playing devils advocate, your points are not existent.

why would you worry about that domon?

why on earth would that even cross your mind?
Gays are as different as anyone, they like a wide variety of men

and even if you "came across as gay", would you change?

"damn, i got hit on by that gay man, think i'd have to stop talking about how much I love shoes"
