The "Physical Warfare Pack" is now a "timed exclusive" and will be available "at a later date to all owners of BF3" if you don't get it from the pre-order.

Also, apparently every scene in that video is from the same map.

It's supposed to be set in Paris, and be like the Rush game mode from BC2. You move through different parts of the city as you take the objectives.
