II bet there is a God or some sort of being/energy that created everthing from our eyes to the universe.

I doubt random events created all that we know.

If random events created all of this then eventually animals will learn to talk...if you say that they never will then what causes their evolution to stop?
If you say that they are genetically pre-determined not to eventually talk...what set up those parameters?

In time...I doubt our lifetime we may meet another species or human like beng and will know if there is/is not a God.

"pro life"= more abortions. check the fucking stats.

You can't even justify "pro life" according to the bible. The punishment for abortion is a fine according to the bible. The punishment for eating shrimp or bacon is death according to the bible.

Kindly shut the fuck up about abortion, you fucking ignorant retards.

you still haven't twigged to the fact I'm not taking this thread seriously at all.

Both liberals and conservatives want government to have power over your personal lives. They just differ on which aspects

Most people who believe in a god(s) are brought up to believe that their logical fallacies are truth.

I find that the god(s) argument is a false dilemma. And take this from a former practicing Catholic.

They believe in whatever the most convincing human told them. You have to understand that people are biologically wired to believe someone who is the most assertive in their belief. Especially if they are unsure of the subject. If you don't know there isn't a God for sure, the guy who absolutely believes that there is one (or at least says so) influences your thinking no matter how illogical his belief. If a primitive human is yelling that there is a giant monster coming in the dark, you're going to believe him or at least doubt your own belief that there is not a giant monster coming because you have never seen one and there's no other sure sign that one exists. Your survival is better served by believing him and running at that moment than not. So most people go along with religion because if it's not true, it doesn't impact your evolutionary progression in the long run.

I was walking back from the gym and some lady gave me a pamphlet telling me I had to accept Christ or some shit in order to attain eternal happiness or something like that. I stared her straight in the eye and said "God is dead" and then I kept on walking.

Checkmate, theists.

There are many people who believe in God or a "higher power" that don't follow any kind of organized (or disorganized) religion. Also when when you say religion everyone knows what you mean, but there are many kinds of "religions" that have nothing to do with God, a gathering of people in a church etc..

Of all my conservative beliefs, everything I believe government wise sticks to economics. Thats all the government should EVER be concerned with. Note: I am NOT in anyway religious, atheist if anything.

So when I say this, it makes no difference to my political beliefs: I find abortion to be morally wrong. It was your stupidity. However, I am not you, I am not your beliefs/moral, and nor should I be. My only concern of abortion in relation to the government is when it comes to money. Tax payers should NEVER have to pay for your mistakes.

Federal tax dollars don't pay for abortions and they haven't since 1976.
